Athletes will develop fundamental mastery of wrestling. Emphasis on concepts woven together with high-level technique.

Strength

Athletes will go through strength training that directly improves their wrestling performance. Wrestling tailored exercises and equipment utilized to maximize performance on the mat.

Fortitude

Athletes will develop clarity of focus, confidence and self-esteem that enables them to perform on any stage at their best potential. A mindset that stays with them for the rest of their lives.

Endurance

Athletes will go through regular anaerobic and aerobic exercises focused on increasing energy output over long durations of time and quickly recovering energy to continue to compete in a match setting.
