Drew Longo

Coach Longo was a Lehigh University Team Member, 2013 - 2018 and a Captain, 2016-2018. During this time, Drew was a starter for Lehigh, an EIWA Championships Place Winner, and a two-time Southern Scuffle Place Winner. At Lehigh, Drew completed his Bachelors of Sciences in Engineering with an Integrated degree in Humanities. After his undergraduate studies, Drew went on to complete his Masters of Science in Management. Before Capital City Wrestling Club, Drew worked as an Operations Manager at the RDU1 Amazon Fulfillment Center.

Coach Longo is an active practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and trains at https://roycegracienc.com/.

Pete Renda

Coach Renda was part of the North Carolina State wrestling program from 2013-2018. During his time with the Wolfpack, he was a three-time Captain and helped the team bring home a fourth place finish at the NCAA tournament - the program’s highest finish. Renda was also a four-time NCAA qualifier and earned All-American honors in 2016 with a third place finish.

After college, Renda joined the University of Pennsylvania’s coaching staff for 2018-2019 season where he coached two NCAA qualifiers and five All-Ivy performers.

In 2019, Renda began training with the Lehigh Valley Regional Training Center where he competed on the Freestyle circuit. He competed at the US Open where he made it to the round of twelve.

Christian Beach

Coach Beach was a member of the Appalachian State Wrestling Team from 2016-2020 and was a member of multiple top 25 and SoCon championship teams. Christian competed at the 141,149,157, and 165lb weight classes.

In High School, Christian was a NCHSA State Finalist at 138lbs and a HS All-American. He is the leading wins holder at Marvin Ridge High School.

Christian received his B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing. Currently, Christian is an Account Executive at Bandwidth Inc. and has been an Assistant Coach at Millbrook High School since graduating in 2020.

BRIAN BRILL

BRIAN BRILL POSTED A CAREER RECORD OF 156-12 AT CENTRAL MOUNTAIN HIGH SCHOOL. DURING HIS COLLEGE CAREER, BRIAN WRESTLED FOR LEHIGH UNIVERSITY HIS FIRST TWO SEASONS BEFORE TRANSFERRING TO PENN STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE REMAINDER OF HIS CAREER.

BRIAN ACCUMULATED A 30-13 RECORD DURING HIS COLLEGE YEARS AND STARTED FOR PENN STATE ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS.

BRIAN IS A THREE-TIME PIAA PLACE WINNER...WENT 37-1 AT 160 LBS. HIS SENIOR SEASON PLACING SECOND AT STATES, WON A STATE TITLE AT 145 LBS. HIS JUNIOR YEAR WITH A 44-0 RECORD, AND HAD A FIFTH PLACE FINISH AT STATES AS A SOPHOMORE.

HE RECORDED A VICTORY FOR PENNSYLVANIA AT THE DAPPER DAN WRESTLING CLASSIC...PLACED SECOND AT CADET NATIONALS IN 2009.
